yuck

Here is my latest bit of fun. I'm trying to fix the massive drainage problems for this base, and needed to survey the creek, affectionately known as "sh!! creek" that flows upstream of the base. It's truly disgusting smelling, and I had to wade about 2 kilometers in it. Got up to mid chest at some points. WHy am I in it? none of the military guys would do it! unfortunately I didn't come down with anything that would have required me to go to Germany to get treated!
